The Life Disc is designed to target the mitochondria, the energy factories of our cells, as well as helping to repair some of the effects of aging on the Pineal gland and the Pituitary gland, which control other glands and organs. It's well rounded in helping optimize the body on a deep level. It even converts the harmful effects of EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) from cell phones and other devices so they aren't affecting the nervous system in negative ways. Some people will feel more emotional stability and have better focus. The CTB Disc was originally designed to help people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a hypermobility disorder. Later it was also found to help many other people with musculoskeletal symptoms It aids in the building and stabilization of collagen. It’s also designed to better connect information transmission from the fascia to various parts of the brain. Many with EDS and other common musculoskeletal issues see improvements in joint stability and muscles turn on more efficiently. Balance and coordination typically improve. And again, my favorite, it even helps many aches, pains, and stiffness to feel better when used locally on the area of concern which will keep you feeling better in your physical body in many cases.
Use one or both discs together. They won't interfere with each other. Since they both have different properties to target different things in the body you will get more healthy benefits using them together.
These discs are not a substitute for a doctor or health and wellness professional, but will be a great compliment to any work you are having done with a practitioner of any sort or other wellness activities you use for your general health like going to the gym, yoga, taking your vitamins, eating right, etc.
The discs are made to be on the body so you can wear it around your neck (recommended) by adding a string or chain to it or you can put it in your pocket or you can get creative with other ways to keep it on you. They are made of stainless steel and are small and lightweight so you might even forget you have them on. Most people can leave it on most of the time. On rare occasions, if you feel any sort of discomfort due to the body going through the process of rejuvenation you could take it off from time to time and work your way up to wearing it more for continued benefits. Some people will experience more energy or stamina. Some might sleep better with the discs on while others may become so alert that they could decide to take them off during sleep.
How it works? The devices are infused with information that resonates with our biology via subtle energy and when it's close enough to the body you begin getting benefits. It works over the skin and will even work through clothes. As long as it can get close enough it will be helping optimize the body. Everyone's experience in how they actually feel and what they observe might be a little different when using the device. It's just an amazing tool that everyone should have for personal use and even for their family to help with general health. I even use it in my bodywork practice on my clients because it's usually that good.
